Our college is committed to shaping young women into bold, confident leaders who drive positive change in their own lives and the world around them. This initiative aims to motivate, educate, and empower students to step up and address issues that are meaningful to them. By promoting self-led leadership development, it helps young women recognize their abilities, understand their rights, and unlock their true potential. The platform fosters independence, informed decision-making, and responsibility for personal choices. These cells function as welcoming and inclusive spaces where students can freely express opinions, exchange ideas, and discuss challenges that impact women in everyday life. Going beyond dialogue, they actively advocate gender equality through dynamic events such as fests, slam poetry competitions, cultural programs, and thought-provoking street plays. In partnership with the Internal Complaints Committee, the cells expand student engagement and contribute to a safer, more inclusive campus environment.
