DSASC has constituted the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in accordance with UGC Regulations to ensure a safe, inclusive, and sexual harassment-free campus. The ICC functions on the principles of Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal of sexual harassment.

The committee comprises a senior faculty member as Chairperson, faculty and non-teaching staff representatives, student representatives, and an external NGO member. The ICC conducts periodic meetings, awareness programs, and ensures fair, confidential, and timely handling of complaints.

Functions of ICC

To prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
To prevent discrimination against women and promote gender harmony among students and employees
To conduct periodic programmes on women empowerment
To provide a safe, supportive, and congenial environment for women
